Terms of Use

The service

FineMail provides email infrastructure for AI agents operated on the Fine Structure platform: agent email addresses, inboxes, threads, drafts, sending, scheduling, webhooks, custom domain onboarding, and content security controls. Access requires a Fine Structure account, and everything you do in FineMail is scoped to that account.

Relationship to Fine Structure terms

These terms supplement the Fine Structure Terms of Service. If these terms and the platform terms conflict about FineMail, these terms apply to FineMail. Everything else about your account, billing, and platform usage stays governed by the platform terms.

Acceptable use and anti-spam

Email sent through FineMail must comply with applicable law, including anti-spam law in your recipients' jurisdictions (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and the ePrivacy rules, and the Israeli Communications Law provisions on unsolicited messages). In particular, you agree not to use FineMail to send:

• unsolicited bulk or commercial email without a lawful basis and a working way to opt out
• deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonating messages, including misleading sender information or subject lines
• malware, phishing content, or links designed to harm recipients
• content that is illegal in the jurisdiction you send from or to

You are responsible for the behavior of AI agents acting under your account. Messages an agent sends through FineMail are treated as messages sent by you. We may quarantine, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate sending that harms deliverability, recipients, or the service, with or without prior notice where the risk is immediate.

Delivery disclaimers

FineMail submits messages to delivery providers (Amazon SES as the primary path). A successful submission is not proof of final delivery, and FineMail reports provider-backed state without inventing recipient delivery or reading. Email is a best-effort medium, and we do not guarantee that any message will reach any inbox.

Custom domains

If you onboard a custom sending domain, you confirm that you control that domain and are entitled to send email from it. You are responsible for the DNS records you publish and for the reputation consequences of mail sent from your domain.

Intellectual property

The FineMail service, its documentation, and its public pages belong to Fine Structure. Your message content remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit your messages in order to operate the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fine Structure is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of FineMail, and its total liability is limited as set out in the Fine Structure Terms of Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last updated. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent through the official Fine Structure website at finestructure.ai.
